All orders are carefully packed with love and processed within 1–3 business days.Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your sweet delivery every step of the way.

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location ✨ All orders ship from Lincoln, California.

  • FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $35
  • Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $6 via USPS standard ground
  • Priority and Next-Day shipping options are available and calculated at checkout based on the shipping location.

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states) 🇺🇸 
(excludes all off-shore U.S. territories)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume

📍 Local Order Pickup

At this time, all orders placed on SWEETBiiE are shipped via USPS and are not available for standard in-store pickup.

However, in select cases, local pickup in the Lincoln, California area may be arranged in select cases. Please contact us at support@sweetbiie.com for special requests.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SWEETBiiE is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

We process orders quickly so your goodies can arrive sooner.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
