We want you to be pleased with your SweetBiie order. Here are our returns, exchanges and refunds policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Please read our policy below for all of the details.

Returning Merchandise

You may return your purchase within 14 days of purchase date for a refund or replacement in its original packaging. Simply submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online or fill out the return section on your order's packing slip and send it back to us.

If the item's packaging is not in its original condition, We will contact you to let you know that we cannot accept your return and will send the item back to you.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Important Notes

  • If you placed an order that came with a free promotional item, you must include the free gift in its original condition and packaging with the return or the full retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, invoice, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. We strongly suggest that you return the items via USPS with tracking number.
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any shipping charges paid for the return will not be refunded.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchased date. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our pop-up shop or via our online portal.

    Instructions for Returns and/or Exchanges

    It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our Returns team. Please note: Our Returns team is separate from our Customer Service team, so it is important to note what you would like for us to do with the returned item(s).

    We reserve the right to refuse a return and will certainly provide you with a reasonable explanation. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

    Returning Gifts

    When returning a gift, a SWEETBIIE Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from sweetbiie.com. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a SWEETBIIE Gift Card or cash.

    Gift Cards and Store Credits

    All gift cards purchased are final. Gifts cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    Processing Time

    Please allows 10 to 14 business days for us to process your return.

    We process all returns within 14 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.

    To avoid refund and processing delays, enclose a copy of your invoice, receipt, tags, and item(s) in the original packaging. We strongly suggest that you return the items via USPS with tracking number.

    You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

    Shipping Charges on Returns or Exchanges

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges on the item you are returning or exchanging. However, if you receive merchandise from sweetbiie.com that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.

    Returns or Exchanges Exclusions

    We're sorry, but there are items we cannot accept returns for:

    • Discounted merchandise (all sale items are a final sale)
    • Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
    • Body piercing jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
    • Intimate apparel (due to hygiene reasons)
    • Customized products
    • Gift Sets (when stated as a final sale)
    • Gift Cards
    • Items purchased at SWEETBIIE pop-up shops.
    • Items that have been worn or washed.
    • Used merchandises cannot be returned unless defective.
    • Items have no receipt or tags attached and not with the original packaging will receive a SWEETBIIE store credit for the current selling price at the time of return.

    Refunds

    Once returned item(s) have been received, a refund will be issued to you in 8-10 business days. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other methods of payment initially used to make the purchase.

    Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card.

    Shipping Refunds

    SWEETBIIE proudly ships most orders free of charge for orders over $35 via USPS standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, for orders not qualifying for free shipping, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including, domestic Standard Ground, Express or international shipping.

    Upon approval, SweetBiie refunds customers via the original payment method. In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer via USPS mail when an additional refund is due.
