Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your SWEETBIIE order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged items. Please read our policy below for all of the details.
- You may return your purchase within 20 days of the ship date for a refund or replacement in its original packaging to receive a refund in the original form of payment. If the item's packaging is not in its original condition, We will contact you to let you know that we cannot accept your return and send the item back to you.
- Fill in and submit the electronic Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- You will receive your credit within 10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns postmarked within 20 days of the ship date will be considered to receive a refund in the original form of payment if the following guidelines are met:
- Item is still in new condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The tag must be attached to the item and remain in its original packaging. Used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
- If your purchase came with free or promotional items, it must be in its original condition and packaging with your return merchandise.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALES; no returns or exchanges accepted.
- No refund or exchange is accepted if exceeding 20 days after the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original payment method.
- SWEETBIIE reserves the right to refuse the return of any product, but we will certainly provide you a reasonable explanation.
Returning A Gift Purchase
When returning a gift purchase, a SWEETBIIE Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. Customers may use the SWEETBIIE gift card to complete the purchases made online or at the pop-up shop. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a SWEETBIIE Gift Card.
Gift Card Purchases and Store Credits
All gift cards purchased are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash (unless state law requires) and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return after receiving the returned merchandise(s).
Once we receive your returned merchandise(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take longer after your credit is applied to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.
To avoid refund and processing delays, we strongly suggest that you return the items via USPS with a tracking number.
An email notification will be sent once we successfully issue you a refund.
Shipping Charges on Returns or Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges on the item you are returning or exchanging. However, if you receive merchandise from sweetbiie.com that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise to be reimbursed.
SWEETBIIE proudly ships most orders free of charge for orders over $35 via USPS standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, for orders not qualifying for free shipping, we cannot offer refunds for shipping charges, including domestic Standard Ground, Priority, Express, or international shipping.
Upon approval, SWEETBIIE will refund customers via the original payment method. In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer via USPS mail when an additional refund is due.
- Discounted merchandises. Sale Items are FINAL SALES; no returns or exchanges accepted.
- Fabric face masks, intimate apparel, pierced earrings, and body piercing jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized items
- Gift Sets (when stated as a final sale)
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased at SWEETBIIE pop-up shops.
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items that have no receipt or tags attached and not with the original packaging will receive a SWEETBIIE store credit for the current selling price at the time of return.
