We want you to love your SWEETBiiE goodies! 💕 Each piece is handmade with care, making every item unique and special. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
🚫 All Sales are Final — No Refunds or Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
- Personalized or customized items
- Special-order items
- Handmade items
- Bulk orders
- Earrings for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Items purchased at SWEETBiiE pop-up craft fairs
- Gift cards
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
🌻 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help! 🎀
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right. 💗
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
❤︎ Returns for Eligible Items
Eligible, non-final-sale items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. 🎀
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. 💗
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
🎁 Gift Purchases
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift orders, as all SWEETBiiE items are handmade and final sale. 🎀
However, if a gift item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right. 💗
