Each piece is handmade with care, making every item unique and special.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


🌻 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help 🎀

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

🚫 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Earrings or body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased at the SWEETBiiE's pop-up craft fairs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

 

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

 

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items 🎀

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed 💗

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

     

    🎁 Gift Purchases

    At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift orders, as all SWEETBiiE items are handmade and final sale 🎀

    However, if a gift item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right 💗
