You can submit a return within 14 days of your purchased date. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form enclosed with your SweetBiie and all promotional items and/or gifts included with a purchase. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us along with either the labels or receipt and we will repair/replace it.
