Can I make changes after placing my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only available within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $35
Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $6

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Lincoln, California.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

How are refunds handled?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
