Valid on USPS standard ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 United States. **Orders must be placed by 12pm PST. Alaska & Hawaii shipping addresses may take up to 12 business days to deliver.
**After your order is placed, orders generally process within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday only, not including holidays. An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after an order is placed.
At SWEETBIIE, we provide FREE USPS Standard Ground Shipping with a subtotal of $35 and over excluding taxes and after any coupons or promotions to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states. A flat rate shipping fee is $5 on orders less than $35. However, do note that we do not deliver to military, off-shore U.S. territories, restricted areas, and International shipping addresses.
The shipping and delivery fee is to help us with internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with SWEETBIIE late on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Alaska & Hawaii —orders arrive in 9 to 12 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be pleased with your SWEETBIIE order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged items. Please read our policy below for all of the details.
- You may return your purchase within 20 days of the ship date for a refund or replacement in its original packaging to receive a refund in the original form of payment. If the item's packaging is not in its original condition, We will contact you to let you know that we cannot accept your return and send the item back to you.
- Fill in and submit the electronic Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- You will receive your credit within 10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns postmarked within 20 days of the ship date will be considered to receive a refund in the original form of payment if the following guidelines are met:
- Item is still in new condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The tag must be attached to the item and remain in its original packaging. Used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
- If your purchase came with free or promotional items, it must be in its original condition and packaging with your return merchandise.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALES; no returns or exchanges accepted.
